Oh, I sure do! It was couple of days before the CD party and I got a call from Steve Eschleman saying WSAZ wanted to do an interview and some video. I told him that we had a jam session that night that he could come to, but he said that would be too late, that they wanted it for the 6 o'clock broadcast. So, I suggested he might want to use the file footage of the band they shot previous August when we played at a gig downtown. Steve said, “Hmmmm, maybe that and an interview with you.” I suggested he interview David. (I knew that here in Huntington, people would come to a Flood show just to talk to Peyton between sets!). I also gave him Joe's number.
Well, that didn't work. Steve called back to say that he couldn't reach Peyton — line busy — and he figured he couldn't get up Joe's icy hill there in Hurricane. So then I got them on email; Joe suggested that he and Dave meet here at our house at 3 that afternoon. Steve came at a little before 3 and was setting up as Joe and Dave arrived. Steve filmed us playing a couple of tunes, then interviewed Dave and Joe. I thought it worked out beautifully.
The Flood never disappoints. I especially like "An Irish Ghost Story,' with its lovely melody. This group excel at nearly every genre of music, and the musical history lessons make listening even more worthwhile.
If you scroll to the bottom of that page, there's a section called "Genres" that has playlists of Flood tunes devoted to blues, folk, swing, hokum, etc. Enjoy!
Oh, that brings memories -- do you remember what a hassle that was for you, scurrying around trying to get that video set up for WSAZ that day?

Mollie -- Ah, I'm so glad you enjoyed it!
We're pretty set in our musical eclecticism (not to say, uh, schizophrenia). We even celebrate it in our new Radio Floodango free streaming service:
