The Flood this weekend had its best time to date at the magnificent Sal’s Italian Eatery & Speakeasy in Ashland, Ky. The joy was in no small part due to our being joined on stage by the incomparable Michelle Diane Hoge.
Our beautiful former band mate and her husband Rich drove in all the way from Cincinnati for Friday night’s gig.
Michelle even went Full Flapper for the occasion, creating the perfect Roarin’ Twenty haute couture that was just right for Sal’s sparkling ambiance.
And her vocals? Well! After decades of singing with The Flood, Michelle knows better than anyone just what notes will make for an epic evening, and she hit them all.
